Zucchini is a vegetable that admits a thousand ways of preparation. You can eat zucchini in batter, in an omelette, in purees or creams, in stews or simply stuffed and baked.


  • 2 long or 4 round zucchini
  • 250 gr of minced meat (beef or pork)
  • 100 gr of white or brown rice (cooked)
  • 2 diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, diced
  • Salt
  • Chopped parsley
  • 50 gr of grated cheese
  • Oil offers us a very easy, cheap and simple recipe to cook with the family. Children will love it. Follow our step by step:

1- Wash the zucchini well and if they are elongated, cut them in the same direction, in the middle, without removing the skin. If they are round, just cut a cap with the stem.

2- Cook the zucchini in salted water for about 10 minutes. Remove them from the water and reserve them.

3- In a frying pan, fry the onion in oil. Add the minced meat, the pulp of the zucchini and fry for about 10 minutes.

4- When the pan is done, add the tomato pieces, the parsley, the salt, pepper and the previously cooked white rice. Mix and fry everything.

5- Fill the zucchini with this mixture, one by one.

6- Take the zucchini to a previously heated baking dish, sprinkle them with the grated cheese and leave them until golden brown.

7- The zucchini will be ready to be served.
