Summer is that time when we have already made up our minds that we are going to spend a good relaxing season with the children on vacation, but we all know that in reality, whatever the season, children are full of energy they need. spend throughout the days.
So how do you convert a family summer in a pleasant, fun and imaginative season with our children? In this article I am going to give you 6 simple games to develop imagination on the beach with the family, and encourage creativity and family fun.
1- The beach
Many times we look at the beach as something we already know, but it can be fun without looking further. Sometimes giving a “twist” to the ideas that we always carry out with our children can be what saves the afternoon. For example, instead of collecting shells do a race with your children.
Suggest that they collect at least 20 shells and shells in the shortest time possible. Whoever wins can choose who will be paired with to compete in building the best sand castle of the summer. Make a title on a cardboard to give to the winner and carry it out in the less sunny hours.
2- The sea
A war riding on mattresses can be a lot of fun. But if we get into the water with a costume, it can be even more so. Take a shirt that you can then put to dry and make a turban (that way you protect from the sun too).
The more ideas you have the children will enjoy it more. And do not worry if the idea is to put the costume of a witch or spiderman, which then dry! Keep in mind that they always have to play where they stand, since the weight of the costume or some accessory can be dangerous when swimming.
3- The sand
In the arena you can do multiple games and contests. If you delimit with stripes in the sand (you can use pebbles or any other idea) you can play to make a fun jumping contest, a giant tic tac toe or even a Twister (change the colors of the game for things that are in the place like shells, flip flops, etc).
4- The camera
If you do not want to leave your child the mobile or the camera, you can buy him a disposable camera or leave the old one that you have forgotten at home. When you have the camera, make up a story like there are some famous journalists who are looking for the best photo of the year.
Accompany him on the beach visiting the kiosk, the beach bar, going to see the seagulls, along the promenade ... any option is good! Oh, and don't forget to print the photo you have chosen as the winner and tell him how much you liked walking from one place to another with him! Remembering how important they are to us makes our children grow in self-esteem and security.
5- The shore
Build secret underground tunnels towards the country of the Puh. The puh are little animals that always live at night on the beaches and come out to look at the moon when someone has built tunnels for them to get out. If your son builds a fantasy world around it, it will be wonderful and you can always say, if he wants to see them one night, that as the waves erase the tunnels, that night the Puh have not been able to get out.
6- The walk
If you have skateboards, bicycles, tricycles or others, the perfect idea is to go out first thing in the morning or at dusk at perform household chores: buy ice for the fridge, fetch a magazine for the beach, or just go see the lighthouse. Remember to make it more attractive to your children.
